Single origin filter coffee from Fazenda Santuàrio Sul farm in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, produced by Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira. Grown at 1400 meters altitude, this Sudan Rume variety was processed using anaerobic natural method, with approximately 10 days of drying. The cup profile features maple syrup, almond, and blackberry compote with a rich and intense sweetness, playful and balanced acidity, syrupy and soft mouthfeel, and a long lingering finish. The farm cultivates over 30 exotic coffee varieties and has a track record of success at Cup of Excellence competitions.
