Single origin Geisha coffee from Fazenda Santuàrio Sul, a 120-hectare family-run farm in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. The farm is planted with over 30 varieties on 80 hectares. This lot was processed using the Natural method. Grown at 1300 meters above sea level with organic fertilization. Flavour notes include blueberry, vanilla, and lavender. Recommended as a filter coffee with a brewing ratio of 1:16.5.
