A single-origin filter coffee from the El Diviso farm in Huila, Pitalito, Colombia, produced by Nestor Lasso. This Bourbon Aji variety underwent a Natural processing method with an extended anaerobic fermentation of over 200 hours. Grown at 1,750 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. The coffee presents complex, fruity flavors with notes of red grape, mango, lime, dandelion candy, rose tea, and apricot, with an intense, boozy mouthfeel and a fermented cocoa finish. Scored 89 points.
