A natural processed coffee from the Chiri Washing Station in Sidamo, Southern Oromia, Ethiopia, grown at 1,900 m elevation by 650 local smallholder farmers. The Heirloom variety beans are sun-dried on African raised beds. Flavour notes include red grape, elderflower, wine gum, blueberry, apple, berry, and creamy white chocolate, with a berry-like sweetness, soft full body, and pillowy mouthfeel. Scored 89 points.
