A Natural processed single origin coffee from Ethiopia, sourced from the Chelchele Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region (Kochere, Chelchele). Grown at 1900–2400 meters altitude on volcanic soil. Heirloom varieties, naturally processed with 15-25 days of drying on raised beds. Flavour profile includes blueberry, lychee, and floral notes with dried strawberry and stone fruit sweetness. Syrupy mouthfeel with lively fruit acidity. Scored 88 points.
