A single-origin filter coffee from Ethiopia's Sidama region, produced by Mulugeta Muntasha in collaboration with around 100 farmers in Bursa Kebele, Arbegona Woreda. The coffee consists of the 74110 and 74112 varieties and is processed using the Natural method (sun-dried on raised beds). It placed on the winners list of the Cup of Excellence Ethiopia 2021, scoring 88.18 points. Tasting notes include raspberry, red currant, and blood orange, offering a clean body with balanced acidity. Grown at 2,100 meters above sea level on fertile loam soils using organic farming methods.
