Based in Oakham, Rutland, Two Chimps Coffee has been roasting specialty coffee since 2016, when Andy and Laura opened the roastery doors. Their mission is simple: make specialty coffee fun and available to everyone—no exclusivity allowed. Every bean is ethically sourced from small farms and single estates, paying well above Fairtrade rates. They're on a journey to Net Zero by 2040, with renewable energy powering up to 98% of the roastery. The coffee lineup runs from the whimsically named to a customizable decaf blend, all freshly roasted to order. They run hands-on coffee courses and workshops from their roastery HQ, and a subscription club keeps the beans coming with free UK delivery.
