Tornado Café is a micro specialty coffee roaster in Granollers, Spain, and one of the country's first specialty coffee pioneers. They started in 2006 in a Peñiscola hostel café, roasting on a 2kg machine while guests watched. Today they build their own roasters and roast by hand—no computer, just sight, smell, and over a decade of experience. Their goal is simple: get the most aroma and flavor out of every green bean. They also run a tasting shop in central Granollers where you can buy their beans, plus teas and brewing gear.
