Alquimista Coffee Lab

Alquimista Coffee Lab is a specialty coffee roaster and café in Mairena de Aljarafe, just outside Seville, Spain. They've been roasting their own beans since 2017—before specialty coffee was cool, as they like to point out—and now supply cafés across the province while running a welcoming spot for breakfast and homemade cakes. You can also bring the coffee home: order before 1pm on weekdays and it arrives within 24 hours. They keep it simple: choose, prepare, enjoy. It's a place that proves serious coffee and a relaxed terrace aren't mutually exclusive.
