Airship

Airship is an independently owned specialty coffee roaster based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with four neighborhood cafes. Founded in 2010 after Mark Bray met Central American farmers through sustainable agriculture projects, the company is still rooted in those relationships—think single-origin lots like El Zapote pacamara from Guatemala. They roast to brighten what the farm gives them and care just as much about the morning ritual. Order online with a subscription, visit one of their human-centered cafes, or have beans shipped nationwide. It's a labor of love, and it shows.
