Big Lake Coffee Roasters

Big Lake Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Östersund, Sweden, roasting right by the shores of Storsjön. Their philosophy is refreshingly down-to-earth: really good coffee should be for everyone, from brew nerds to folks who just want a better morning cup. They pick beans from growers and cooperatives that share their values around quality, sustainability, and transparency, then roast everything from bright, fruity light roasts to deeper, richer profiles. Alongside house blends and single origins, they run a coffee bar and host cupping courses. It's coffee with a northern Swedish kind of calm - honest, unhurried, and made for small moments.
