From the name and the .co.uk domain, they're likely rooted somewhere in or around Stirling, Scotland, but beyond that, the beans remain mysterious. No word yet on their roast style, single origins, release schedule, or whether they run a café. A roaster worth revisiting once their online presence is back up and running.
