So Roast Coffee

Southampton's first specialty coffee roastery, firing up the roaster since 2015. So Roast Coffee is a Hampshire original, built on a genuine love for good beans and the people who drink them. Their lineup leans into bright, clean single origins—think Rwanda with peach and caramel, or Ethiopia with chocolate and apple—alongside a solid house blend and a sugarcane-processed decaf that actually tastes of something. You can grab their coffee online or pop into their Bitterne Park storefront. Small enough that each roast gets real attention, they keep things simple: source well, roast well, and don't overcomplicate it. Coffee for people who'd rather drink it than talk about it.
