Saint Roastery

Saint Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster, though their website shares little about where they're based, their roasting style, or the people behind the beans. The name suggests something refined, maybe even reverent—but the story isn't told on the page. For the curious home brewer, that leaves only the coffee itself to do the talking. If you're the type who likes to discover a roaster by tasting rather than reading, this one's a blank canvas. A leap of faith, served black.
