Saftig Kaffe is a nano-specialty coffee roaster from Copenhagen, Denmark, known for expressive light roasts and funky, fermentation-forward coffees. Founded in 2024 by coffee geeks Jonas and Magnus, the pair started with a tiny roasting setup and opened a cozy espresso and brew bar in Nørrebro in summer 2025. They work with farmers who push creative processing methods—think unique micro-lots and signature ferments—and make sure value flows back to producers.
