Saftig Kaffe

Saftig Kaffe is a nano-specialty coffee roaster from Copenhagen, Denmark, known for expressive light roasts and funky, fermentation-forward coffees. Founded in 2024 by coffee geeks Jonas and Magnus, the pair started with a tiny roasting setup and opened a cozy espresso and brew bar in Nørrebro in summer 2025. They work with farmers who push creative processing methods—think unique micro-lots and signature ferments—and make sure value flows back to producers. From single origins with sleeping bag naturals to experimental geshas, their lineup is all about juiciness and flavor. You can grab beans online or sip slurps at their living-room-esque bar if you're in town.
