Rush Rush Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and café in Antwerp, Belgium, run by a small team of coffee obsessives who started out as baristas. They roast small batches on a Giesen W6A, favoring light roasts that highlight fruity, floral flavors true to the origin. Single-origin coffees from Kenya and Colombia sit alongside espresso blends, and you can buy beans straight from their webshop or grab a cup at their welcoming Antwerp café. The folks behind Rush Rush are into things that taste damn good—and it shows. Fun fact: co-founder Simon took second place at the World Aeropress Championship.
