Roastersaurus

Roastersaurus is the story-driven single-origin project from UK Roasting Champion Diana Johnston Ledezma — a specialty coffee roaster based in the UK and run with serious curiosity. Diana travels directly to origin (Colombia's Santuario, among other places), finds small farms like Avelino's Finca El Guadual, and releases each coffee with the full, human story behind it. Expect small, limited drops: clean but expressive lots built on fermentation experiments, process transparency, and real connection to the people growing the coffee. No big batches, no faceless sourcing — just one person, one farm, and a coffee that earns its own little mythology. Available to order direct from their shop while each tiny lot lasts.
