Presta Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Tucson, Arizona, roasting on a 15kg Joper since 2014. Their mission is simple: coffee is meant to be shared. They handle each bean with care, preserving the work of producers, and source from many of the same farms year after year while staying open to wilder, more experimental lots. Expect classic washed, natural, and honey processes alongside carbonic macerations and other adventurous stuff. They run their own cafés, ship beans, and offer a subscription so fresh roasts keep coming. Warm, knowledgeable, and a little geeky—this is coffee made by people who genuinely love the craft.
