Passenger is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania specialty coffee roaster with a frozen secret—literally. Since day one, they've been freezing their green coffee to lock in peak freshness, meaning their Foundational Coffees taste just as bright in December as they did at harvest. Their menu splits into three lanes: year-round offerings from seven core partners, Reserve Lots for the terroir hunters, and Education Lots that dive into rare genetics or experimental processing. Two cafes in Lancaster—a flagship on King St. and a roastery coffee bar on Plum St.—serve as home base. They also source teas with the same obsessive care.
