Paper Mill Coffee

Paper Mill Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Tallinn, Estonia, roasting in a former fire station of a 1912 pulp and paper factory. They're all about light roasts that let the bean speak — think Ethiopian naturals with rose lemonade and blueberries, or Kenyan anaerobic lots tasting like orange marmalade. Sourcing is direct and transparent: a short supply chain, farmers paid well, and lots that travel from South America to Africa. They run their own cafes in Tallinn and also supply HoReCa partners. Packaging is recyclable and CO2-compensated, because great coffee shouldn't cost the earth. Coffee that tastes like a place, not a anonymous commodity.
