OR Coffee Roasters has been at it for over 25 years in Westrem, Belgium — a specialty coffee roaster and training center built on direct trade relationships that actually mean something. They only roast 100% arabica, sourcing almost everything straight from origin. Their lineup spans filter and espresso: washed Mexicos with nectarine and almond, anaerobic Costa Ricas with cinnamon and dark chocolate — clear cupping scores to back them up. Co-owner Katrien Pauwels hosts the Puur Koffie podcast for Dutch and French speakers. They sell to cafés, offices, and home brewers, plus offer discovery boxes and subscriptions if you want variety on rotation. No cafe of their own, but the roastery doubles as a training space for workshops and barista courses.
