Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Burundi · mostly natural and washed lots

Olympia Coffee Roasting Company is a specialty coffee roaster based in Olympia, Washington, founded in 2005 with a mission that goes beyond the cup. They're out to improve quality of life across every link in the coffee chain, from farmers to drinkers. A B Corp with a living wage commitment, this isn't just marketing—it's how they buy and roast. Their lineup ranges from rotating single origins (think tropical-fruit-forward Ethiopias) to thoughtful blends like Big Truck, plus a small-batch reserve series called Oliver's Custom Coffee that drops when the lots are too exciting to hold back. Roasted to order, available by subscription, and served across seven cafes and a bakery spanning Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle.
