They roast on Loring and Giesen machines, seeking a balance that lets each bean shine. They're big on sustainability—probably the first roastery in Poland to use compostable packaging, and they filter roastery emissions. As members of Roasters United and the transparency.coffee project, they share pricing data and work closely with farmers. Their webshop offers espresso and filter roasts, plus drip bags from collabs.
