Bless Coffee Roasters

Bless Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Olsztyn, Poland, sourcing single-origin beans from Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, Indonesia, Bolivia, and beyond. They run their own signature cafe alongside the roastery and offer coffee training — clearly all-in on the full experience. Their blog dives into producer stories like Robinson at Finca El Girasol (third-generation farmer) and Maria Pacas of El Salvador, showing genuine relationships with growers. Recent releases include a Kenya Swara AA with citrus, raspberry, and milk chocolate notes. The current lineup spans washed and specialty lots across multiple origins. They were named Best Roaster in Europe 2026 by Food Business Review.
