Hex

HEX Coffee Roasters is a Charlotte, North Carolina specialty roaster running on brightness since 2015. Their whole deal is in the tagline: Unashamedly Bright Coffees. These folks go for clean, sparkling single origins that lean into acidity and clarity rather than hiding behind heavy roasts. A smaller operation with a brick-and-mortar spot on Griffith Street in CLT, they ship their beans across the US with free freight over forty bucks. HEX keeps things moving with regular fresh drops and a subscription option for those who want that brightness on autopilot. No murk, no apologies—just transparent, lively coffee that hits you right in the morning.
