Groupwork Coffee Roasters

Newcastle, Northern Ireland-based Groupwork Coffee Roasters landed in 2020 with a simple mission: strip the pretence from specialty coffee and make it properly accessible. Husband-and-wife team Stephen and Hannah Barker run this independent operation, roasting everything from bright, fruit-forward single origins to comforting, chocolatey blends. They've cleverly sorted their lineup into eight 'pillars' — so whether you're after a funky natural process or a reliable daily espresso, there's a clear path to your perfect cup. Their Railway Street café in Newcastle is where it all comes to life, a welcoming space to slow down and connect. They ship across the UK and beyond, and subscriptions keep fresh beans coming without the hassle. Better shared, indeed.
