Girls Who Grind

Girls Who Grind Coffee is a UK-based specialty coffee roaster with a powerful mission: sourcing and roasting beans grown exclusively by women producers. Founded to address gender inequality in the coffee supply chain, they work directly with women-led farms and cooperatives, championing female growers who often go unrecognised. Their range covers single origin coffees and blends suitable for espresso and filter brewing. They roast to highlight clarity and origin character while keeping things accessible for home brewers. Available internationally through their online shop, they're a great pick if you care about who grows your coffee and want to support a roaster putting women at the centre of the story.
