Gimme! Coffee

Gimme! Coffee is a worker-owned specialty coffee roaster and retailer based in Ithaca, NY, founded in 2000. They were one of the first coffee companies in the US to go co-op, and they still run their own cafes around Ithaca. The lineup leans into single origins — Honduras, Ethiopia, Burundi, Colombia, Peru — plus signature blends like Leftist Espresso and Deep Disco, and a Decaf de Agua for the sensible among us. Ethically sourced and committed to doing things differently, they've balanced flavor and values for over two decades. Their beans are available through their webshop with free shipping over $50, and they also offer a subscription to keep your hopper full.
