Fika Coffee (USA)

Fika Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based on the North Shore of Minnesota, founded with a commitment to small-batch roasting and sustainable sourcing. The roastery brings in green coffee beans from around the world, focusing on quality and traceability. Their approach balances approachable flavors with honest craftsmanship — they roast to highlight clarity and sweetness rather than relying on dark profiles. The shop offers a range of single origin and blend coffee beans for both filter and espresso brewing, along with brewing gear and merchandise. Fika also runs a café space where they serve their coffee. Their motto 'Cultivating Beauty Through Our Work' reflects a thoughtful, community-driven philosophy.
