Dritan Alsela

Barista Dritan Alsela built his namesake roastery in Germany with a clear mission: roast great coffee and teach others to do the same. Alongside the roastery, there's a cafe and a coffee school—all driven by the mantra 'Respect the beans.' They ship their specialty coffee beans across Europe through a straightforward webshop. New single-origin drops and seasonal offerings land regularly, announced through their newsletter. It's a tight, personal operation built around one person's craft and a genuine commitment to coffee education. No hype, no shortcuts—just a barista who takes the bean seriously from start to finish.
