Dripp is a specialty coffee roaster and coffee bar crew that's all about good times and better coffee. They roast beans in small batches, fiddling with roast profiles and rotating selections regularly—so expect single-origin and seasonal finds from around the world, mostly Fair Trade, non-GMO, and organic. Their beans are specialty grade, scoring at least 80, so you know they're serious. But they don't take themselves too seriously: there are locally sourced pastries, ice cream, and a belief that the best cup is one shared with someone you like.
