Dragon Roastery is a small independent roastery on the Isle of Anglesey, Wales, turning out coffee they describe as 'punchy, full, fresh tasting' – no fads, no trends, just proper coffee. Born from a twenty-year love affair with the bean, they roast single origins like Honduras SHB, Huehuetenango, and Monsooned Malabar alongside solid blends (Espresso, House). There's even a Swiss Water decaf for the evenings. They run a Coffee & Cocktail Bar on the island, sell their specialty coffee beans online, and – if you're the DIY type – offer green beans for home roasting.
