Born in a garage and shaped by travel, it's been roasting small-batch, ethically-sourced beans for two decades. They work directly with growers they know and trust, paying fair prices and prioritizing responsible farming. The roastery combines science and craft—think Q graders and a head roaster with a chemistry degree—to create consistent, flavorful roasts. Beyond single origins and blends, they make instant coffee and a half-caff option. They also run a coffee lab and a cafe, and offer subscriptions. Their motto: use business for good, not evil.
