Crema the Crop is an independent, small-batch specialty coffee roastery based in Axminster, Devon. They roast ethically sourced 100% Arabica beans, offering single-origin selections like Peru and Indian Monsoon Malabar alongside house blends Golden Hour and Gondwana. When it's in stock, they also carry Jamaican Blue Mountain. You can grab freshly roasted beans at their Axminster coffee shop or have them shipped to your door. They also run The Crêperie in Lyme Regis, where their coffee pairs with sweet crêpes and savoury galettes. Gary keeps things straightforward and personal—small group barista courses and equipment rentals round things out. No fuss, just good Devon-roasted specialty coffee.
