Cooper & Co is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe operator based in Jersey, Channel Islands. They source single origin coffees from Africa, the Americas, and Asia, roasting across the spectrum from light to dark, with Fairtrade and organic options in the lineup. A recent origin trip to Ethiopia—documented in a multi-part blog series—shows they get face to face with producers, building relationships at source. They run several cafe and retail outposts around Jersey: Castle Quay, IFC 5, Grand Marché, and Halkett Place. They also stock brewing gear from Aeropress to bean-to-cup machines. Coffee subscriptions keep fresh beans coming on the regular. Tea drinkers are welcome too, but coffee is clearly the main event.
