The lineup spans single origins like Brazil Santos and Peru Gonzilla, alongside curiosities like a six-year-aged Old Brown Java and a DR Congo project supporting women's cooperatives. Decaf drinkers get a proper look-in too, with a Mountain Water processed Colombian. Mostly sold by the kilo (occasionally 250g), these are beans for the home brewer who values individual attention over consistency-at-scale.
