Cerberus

Cerberus Coffee is a small-batch specialty roaster in Jacksonville, Oregon, working since 2019. They're espresso obsessives—co-owner Cody has been pulling shots since 2007 and has judged the U.S. Coffee Championships. But it's not just skill: Cerberus is about inclusion, paying above Fair Trade minimums, and building genuine connections. Stop by their Applegate Valley cafe for a handcrafted espresso and vegan donuts from co-owner Tina, or order online for a taste of Southern Oregon. Their approachable, intentional coffee invites you to explore new varietals without the pretension. One shot at a time, they're making third-wave coffee feel like home.
