Cabra Negra Coffee Roasters

Cabra Negra is an Ecuadorian specialty roaster that's been going since 2015 and racked up a genuine pile of hardware — multiple Global Coffee Awards medals across espresso, filter and milk-based categories. As a certified B Corp and SCA member, they build direct relationships with single-origin farms and lean into sustainability, cultural and ecological diversity. They also run a barista training centre for anyone wanting to sharpen their skills. Beans are sold online (they'll even take orders over WhatsApp). A strong, award-winning pick if you want single origin specialty coffee from Ecuador with real technical chops and a conscience behind it.
