Blommers Coffee

Blommers Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, roasting fresh every week since 2013. They buy directly from farmers who know what they're doing, skip the middlemen, and roast to keep the bean's original character intact—no hiding flaws, no vague sustainability claims. A six-time Dutch champion, Blommers keeps things close to home: four cafés in Nijmegen, a roastery in a former textile factory, and a team that competes nationally and internationally. Their coffees range from accessible daily espressos to wild microlots like double-fermented Pink Bourbons. If you're a home brewer looking for beans with a story and the gear to brew them well, this is a roaster worth trying.
