Big Dog Coffee

Big Dog Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster based in South Wales, hand-roasting small batches for the kind of drinker who wants excellent coffee without the attitude. Their approach is straightforward: source specialty-grade beans scoring 80+ on the SCA scale, roast to bring out natural character rather than burning it away, and work directly with producers they trust. The lineup spans single origins, blends, and a sugarcane-processed decaf, with rotating offerings like Colombia's Las Brisas collection and a monthly Roaster's Pick. Flexible subscriptions start at £8 and take the guesswork out of your morning ritual. You can also grab a bag at their South Wales store or have it shipped fresh to your door. Coffee for everyday people, backed by proper sourcing and a light touch on the roasting drum.
