Beanlight

Beanlight is a Hungarian craft roaster in Csömör, just outside Budapest, and it keeps things refreshingly simple: 100% arabica, region-selected, roasted fresh to order. They currently work with beans from around ten countries and farms, roasted in small batches at a gentler 220°C over 11–15 minutes — the idea being that a lower, slower roast holds onto more of the coffee's aromatics. Your bag reaches you within a few days of roasting. They also run barista training in Budapest and help cafés build their coffee programmes.
