Bay Coffee Roasters

Bay Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Cardigan, Wales, roasting single origin beans and selling them online and through their own cafe. Their lineup covers Kenyan, Colombian, and Indonesian Sumatran Fairtrade Organic single origins, a Mexican decaf, plus blends with names like Dawn Patrol and Seadog. Quality matters here—Q Grader training and SCA cupping methods are part of their approach, and their Sumatran coffee has a Great Taste Award to its name. They also stock brew gear like AeroPress and Clever Dripper. Releases are steady rather than rotating weekly, and they ship across the UK.
