Sweet and winey coffee with bright acidity, very balanced body featuring notes of figs, blueberries, strawberries, and cranberries. Produced by the Ruiz family in Panama's Boquete region. The Pache variety (a Typica mutation originally from Guatemala) is naturally processed. The farmer experiments with new processing techniques on his land. Medium roast, recommended for filter brewing methods.
