The coffee is of the Parainema variety, processed using a natural anaerobic method. It features a flavour profile of blueberries, mango, pineapple, strawberries, mandarin, vanilla, blackberries, dark chocolate, and blackcurrants. The coffee was a winner of the Cup of Excellence competition in 2022. It has a medium roast and is recommended for filter brewing methods.
