The farm is managed by Manuel Rojas and Esther Requejo on over 100 hectares of land with fertile volcanic soil. The coffee is of the Java variety, processed using anaerobic washed method involving a 12-hour pre-soak, floating selection, anaerobic fermentation in GrainPro bags, and slow sun drying. Flavor profile includes red fruits, sweet lemon, apple, caramel, molasses, and chocolate.
