Tropic Coffee Ltd has been roasting in Norfolk, UK since 1983—one of the country's longer-standing specialty coffee roasters. Founded by Martin and now run with his son David, this family business uses an authentic open-flame drum roaster from the late 1950s, a 76kg Whitmee that delivers fuller flavour. They roast by taste—chocolatey, citrusy, intense and roasty—and by roast level from light through to dark, with single origins, bespoke blends, decaf, and even green beans for home roasters.
