Single origin coffee from Loma Ocotitlán, a Mazatec village in Sierra de Flores Magón, Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced by 22 families at 1,600-1,900 metres above sea level. Varieties: Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang. Processed using anaerobic washed method with over 72 hours fermentation. Light roasted. Flavour profile includes wild berry aroma, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, blood orange, lime, lemon curd, honey, red apple, pear, raspberry, red currant, with a silky, juicy body and cake-like sweetness.
