The Naughty Dog is a specialty coffee roaster based in Jílové u Prahy, Czech Republic, founded in October 2018 by Petra and Gwilym. She's a multiple-time Czech Barista Champion; he's a former World Barista Champion. Together they roast on an Italian IMF machine, turning out clean, sweet coffees brimming with vibrant flavour. Twice-weekly roast days keep the lineup fresh, with personal deliveries to Prague cafés. The playful spirit comes from Jenny and Mája, two naughty dachshunds who inspired the name — because the world is serious enough. Beyond the beans, the team runs coffee and roasting trainings from their roastery, and you can swing by every Friday morning for a cup and a bag to take home.
