Summary

A limited-time seasonal light roast blend combining coffees from Peru and Ethiopia. The Peruvian components come from Sol y Café (Jaén, Cajamarca) and Cooperativa Norandino (Cajamarca & San Martin), both washed-process. The Ethiopian component from Ismael Hassen Aredo (Odo Shakisso, Guji) is natural-process. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, Catuai, Pache, Villa Sarchi, and Catimor. Tasting notes of strawberry shortcake, violet, and mandarin orange. 5% of sales donated to origin partners at Sol y Café in Peru for a soil study project.
