Shoondhisa Natural is a natural process coffee from Ethiopia, produced by Ture Waji at Sookoo Coffee in the Shoondhisa area of Shakiso, Guji region. Grown at 2,000-2,150 masl, it features Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 varieties. The cup profile presents delicate florals, crisp grape-like acidity, juicy peach, ripe berries, sweet citrus, and a smooth velvety body. The coffee is dried at Suke station and packed as biodegradable Nespresso-compatible capsules. Roasted and packed by Standout Coffee in Stockholm, Sweden.
